My name is Ian Paget and I work as a freelance brand identity designer under the name of Logo Geek. I am passionate about logo & brand identity design, and plan to learn as much as I can to become one of the best.
I have learned through experience that the best way to learn is to teach, so my mission is to pass on my knowledge to anyone who wishing to learn logo design. My first step is through this website.
I have developed this website to help myself learn, but more importantly to help others who are starting out as logo designers.
My long-term goal for this website it to be a concise resource for identity designers and students to learn everything their is to know about logo design techniques, tools and news. I will also invite other designers to contribute and add their ideas and thoughts on certain topics.
One day I hope to hope to pull together all the content and write my very own book on logo design, and also create workshops where individuals can learn logo design from someone who does it day to day.

Wow, you have set a huge goal for yourself, Ian! That is awesome. I really wish you all the luck on achieving all your goals. Mine are similar, but not so big as yours.
